See who clicked, from where, within seconds.
A URL shortener with analytics built in. Every click on a link, scan of a QR code and view of a page is recorded with city, device, operating system and referrer. A free account is required.
- Links keep redirecting through limits and billing
- Every destination scanned before visitors arrive
- No raw IP addresses stored
- Card details stay with Razorpay and PayPal
- 99.9% availability target, record public
Click counts alone do not tell you what to do next.
A single total hides which city, channel or poster produced the clicks. Insights breaks each total down so you can compare campaigns and move effort to what works.
What you get
01
Near real time
Events appear in the dashboard within about 5 seconds, so you can watch a launch or a broadcast as it happens.
02
Country, region and city
See where clicks and scans come from, with device type, operating system, browser, language and referrer alongside.
03
Links, QR codes and pages together
Open the detail view for one link, QR code or page, or the workspace overview with top links, top countries and top referrers. Roll everything in a campaign into one report.
04
Cleaner numbers
Bots and crawlers are identified and excluded by default, with a toggle to view them. Unique and total visits are shown separately.
05
No raw IP addresses
Uniques come from a hashed, salted visitor key that rotates daily. We do not store raw IP addresses or full user agents in analytics.
06
Export what you see
Download any table or time series as CSV. Large exports run in the background and arrive as a link by email.

Questions
Why use a URL shortener with analytics?
To track link clicks, create the link in URLCrop and share it. Each click is recorded with its location, device and referrer, and appears in the link detail view in about 5 seconds.
What does a link tracker record?
Time, country, region and city, device type, operating system, browser, language and referrer. It does not record names, and raw IP addresses are not stored.
Can I see QR code scan analytics?
Yes. Each scan of a dynamic QR code is a scan event with the same location and device data, plus a QR-specific view in the dashboard.
How long is analytics data kept?
It depends on your plan: 30 days on Free, 1 year on Starter, 2 years on Pro, and 3 years on Business and Agency. Monthly totals per link, QR code and page are kept after that.
Are bots counted as clicks?
Bot and crawler traffic is identified and excluded from counts by default. You can switch a toggle to see it.
Can I export link analytics?
Yes. Any table or time series can be exported as CSV, and the same data is available through the API on Pro and above.
What happens when I reach my tracked-event limit?
Your links keep redirecting and totals keep counting. Detailed breakdowns pause for the rest of the cycle, and you can add a prepaid event pack or upgrade.
