Keep every client in its own lane.
Separate workspaces, separate domains, separate reports. Link management for agencies: run campaigns for many clients from one login, and show each what their links earned.
- Links keep redirecting through limits and billing
- Every destination scanned before visitors arrive
- No raw IP addresses stored
- Card details stay with Razorpay and PayPal
- 99.9% availability target, record public
Monday is spent rebuilding reports
Every client has links in a different tool, on your domain or a free one, with no clean way to hand over the results. Reporting means exports, spreadsheets and screenshots. When a client leaves, the links stay behind.
What you get
01
A workspace per client
Client data stays isolated. Each workspace has its own links, QR codes, pages and members. The Agency plan (opens July 2027) includes 10 client workspaces, with more available as an add-on.
02
Links on the client domain
Attach each client’s own short domain so links carry their brand, not yours or a generic one.
03
Shareable reports
Send a report link to the client instead of a spreadsheet. White-label reports and a custom dashboard domain are part of the Agency plan, which opens July 2027.
04
Roles for your team
Give owners, admins, editors and viewers the access they need. Access across workspaces is denied by default.
05
Safe by default
Destinations are scanned, and unknown ones are not treated as safe for untrusted workspaces. That protects your clients’ audiences and your reputation.
06
Links that outlive the invoice
Redirects never stop because of quota or payment state, so a billing delay does not break a live campaign.
Onboard a client in four steps

Add a client workspace

Questions
What is link management for agencies, and can I run several clients from one account?
Yes. The Agency plan (July 2027) is designed for it, with client workspaces under one organization. Each workspace keeps its data separate from the others.
Can links use my client’s domain?
Yes. Custom domains are supported on paid plans. You add the domain, verify DNS, and links are served on it.
Do clients see the URLCrop brand in reports?
White-label reports and a custom dashboard domain are included in the Agency plan. On other plans, shared reports carry URLCrop branding.
When is the Agency plan available?
The pricing page shows each plan’s current availability. Plans that are not yet open are labelled, and you can start on an open plan meanwhile.
What happens to a client’s links if we part ways?
Workspaces and their data belong to the account that holds them. After an account ends, an export window of 30 days applies, as set out in the Terms.
Is there a white-label URL shortener?
Branded domains are available now on paid plans. White-label reports are an Agency plan feature from July 2027.
