Know which link sold the order.
One branded link and one coupon per influencer, ad and broadcast. Clicks, orders and revenue land in one dashboard, so you stop guessing which channel to fund next.
- Links keep redirecting through limits and billing
- Every destination scanned before visitors arrive
- No raw IP addresses stored
- Card details stay with Razorpay and PayPal
- 99.9% availability target, record public
You paid for reach and cannot name the winner
Last sale season you paid a dozen creators, sent three broadcasts and ran four ad sets. Sales rose. Which of them caused it? Platform dashboards each claim the order, and a shared bio link hides who clicked. Without a link per source, attribution is a guess.
What you get
01
A branded link per source
Create one short link per influencer, ad set or broadcast on your own domain. UTM parameters are applied for you, so reports stay consistent across the team.
02
Coupons tied to links
Pair a coupon code with a link to catch the orders that never click through. Revenue per link and per coupon sit side by side.
03
Revenue, not just clicks
Conversion attribution reports orders and order value against each link, in the currency you sell in. It arrives with the Business plan from February 2027.
04
Messaging and social ready
Short links that hold up in WhatsApp and SMS broadcasts, Instagram stories and email, with click and city breakdowns for each send.
05
Partner payouts
Work out what each creator or affiliate earned from tracked sales, and keep the record where you track the links.
06
Safe for your customers
Unknown destinations are scanned before visitors reach them, and your links keep redirecting even when a quota is reached.
From campaign to revenue report
STEP 01
Create a link per source
Name it after the creator, ad or broadcast. Add a coupon if you use one.
STEP 02
Share it
Put it in the bio, the story, the broadcast or the ad. Every click is recorded by link, city and device.
STEP 03
Connect orders
Send conversions from your store or payment flow to attribute orders to the link that earned them.
STEP 04
Compare and decide
Rank sources by revenue, not clicks, and fund the ones that sell.
What you can rely on
Questions
How do I track influencer sales with a tracking link?
Give each influencer their own short link, and a coupon if you like. Clicks are recorded per link, and conversions you send are attributed to the link that preceded them, so revenue per influencer appears in your dashboard.
Does URLCrop replace my store analytics?
No. It adds the missing layer: which link or QR code each visit came from, and the revenue that followed. Your store keeps handling orders and inventory.
Can I use my own domain for links?
Yes. Custom domains are available on paid plans, and the number depends on the plan. Until you add one, links use the default crop.sh domain.
Is conversion attribution available on every plan?
Conversion tracking (conversions and revenue) arrives with the Business plan from February 2027. The pricing page shows the current availability of each plan and feature.
What happens to my links if I hit a limit?
They keep redirecting. Quota and billing states limit creating new things and some dashboard features, never the redirect your customers see.
How does cancellation work?
The Cancellation & No-Refund Policy explains how cancellation works, including the one narrow correction we make for a duplicate charge caused by our own system.
